Covington Oaks is unlike any apartment I’ve ever lived in. Before moving in all of the flooring was completely replaced. New vinyl plank wood style flooring was installed everywhere except the bedroom where new carpet was installed. The bathroom vanity top was replaced due to damage from the previous tenant. Shortly after moving in two of the heat pumps outside became noisy and were also replaced. This may sound trivial but anyone who has rented understands what I’m saying. Standard operating procedures is to milk as much money as possible out of tenants while letting the property deteriorate. This property is owned locally, not part of a giant real-estate trust. The property owner visits the property regularly to make sure his legacy is in good condition. I would definitely recommend Covington Oaks as your next home-sweet-home.

We have One Bedrooms starting at $919 that are available for immediate move in! We also have a One Bedroom with attached garage available at the beginning of May for $1079! We will also have a Two Bedroom with attached garage on the first floor available beginning June that rents for $1349!
