"I really enjoyed my short 4 month stay at Covington Oaks. It had become a safe place away from my narcissistic environment and for me and my 9 yr old son during my divorce process. I’ll honestly never forget it. It was smaller than the house I moved from but to us it felt like a palace. It was relatively quiet and the location is nice next to my work. I’m deeply heart broken to have to move and I don’t even have tears left to cry but I know God is watching over us. This is not the worst thing that could happen. Brooke & Taylor are great to talk to and very fair when going through a difficult situation. I would highly recommend this place."

"Covington Oaks is unlike any apartment I’ve ever lived in. Before moving in all of the flooring was completely replaced. New vinyl plank wood style flooring was installed everywhere except the bedroom where new carpet was installed. The bathroom vanity top was replaced due to damage from the previous tenant. Shortly after moving in two of the heat pumps outside became noisy and were also replaced. This may sound trivial but anyone who has rented understands what I’m saying. Standard operating procedures is to milk as much money as possible out of tenants while letting the property deteriorate. This property is owned locally, not part of a giant real-estate trust. The property owner visits the property regularly to make sure his legacy is in good condition. I would definitely recommend Covington Oaks as your next home-sweet-home."

"Brooke and Taylor were extremely helpful in helping us find the perfect place! They were always available by phone to answer questions and over the top professional in every way! The maintenance crew is top notch and always quick to respond and resolve even the smallest concerns. The grounds are very maintained, kept clean & even has a bonus dog park. We are 100% satisfied and would, actually have, highly recommended this place to several people. I promise you won’t regret moving to Covington Oaks."
